The plot of the film starts with Rahul, who is creating Ganesh, his childhood friend, and also his partner in crime. Ganesh has been murdered by the rival gang, under the leadership of Daya and Pitya. After killing Ganya, they chase Rahukl too, but he manages to escape. But we need to go to past in Mulshi Pattern film.

Now the Mulshi Pattern movie time shows how Rahul ended up becoming a gangster through some flashbacks.

Sakharam is a farmer but had to sell his land. He then starts doing the job of a watchman at the bungalow of a builder. One day he accidently damages his car. The owner insulted Sakharam badly and fired him. Rahul and his family moved to Mulshi along-with Ganya to work there as laborers. However, Rahul denies working and falls for a girl named, Dipali, who is the daughter of the head laborer.

One day, the contractor humiliated Sakharam, Rahul got angry, he beat him up to death. This incident brings Rahul into the eyes of a local gangster, Nanya Bhai. Nanya Bhai invites Rahul. Both Ganesh and Rahul start to work for him. In a twisting turn of events, Rahul comes across the fact that it was Nanya who forced his father to sell off his land. Enraged with the feeling of revenge, Rahul kills Nanya and takes control of the entire gang. Rahul tries to get hold of land in Mulshi which angers other gang members. The twists and turns, and a lot of fights in the film help in a good Mulshi Pattern review.

In the meantime, the Mulshi Pattern film witnesses the entry of a new Inspector, Vitthal Kadu, who gets posted in the region. He made a strategy to let the gangs kill each other to reduce crime. Rahul takes a different path and befriends a small boy. He gives a gun to the small boy to be used in the case of some emergencies. On the other hand, Dipali rejects Rahul's marriage proposal because he is now a gangster. Rahul tells his father to launch once more, but Sakharam denies saying that his crime has taken away all his joy and peace. On the other side, all the rival gangs come together to kill Rahul. Among this chaos, many of Rahul's gang members get killed including Ganesh.

Now the story of the Mulshi Pattern Marathi movie comes back to the present time, where Rahul needs to do something to escape from the rival gang. When he approaches the small boy he befriended and handed over the gun, the boy shoots Rahul. He does so because his father's land was also gone because of Rahul. On learning about Rahul's death, his father laughs out of the joy that his son is not a gangster anymore.
