Neil Nitin Mukesh, who primarily works in Hindi films, made his Telugu debut through the kavasam movie. Sreenivas Mamilla makes his directorial debut with this film. The film was released in theatres on December 7, 2018. Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas' attempt to portray a tried, tested, and now discarded role, a modern take on the angry young man trope, is Kavacham. Unfortunately, all it does is make you want a Kavacham to protect yourself from his on-screen presence.
Hey all, we hope you are doing well and good. We are so pleased to have you back on our website 99chill. We also hope you have been enjoying reading the content we have been putting up on our website. Today yet again we are back with another Telugu language movie review for our audience. Today we are going to talk about the Kavacham Telugu movie. This article will talk about the Kavacham movie review, the Kavacham Telugu full movie, its overall story, the cast of the film, and overall views on Kavacham 2018. There is a Kavacham Telugu movie Hindi dubbed also for people who are not south movies enthusiasts.
In the Kavacham Telugu movie come Vijay (Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas), a sincere and tough cop, lives a happy life with his widowed mother, who always encourages him to do his job honestly. He adores Samyuktha (Kajal Agarwal), who works at a coffee shop, and she has feelings for him as well, though neither expresses love for the other. Meanwhile, Vijay saves a girl named Lavanya (Mahreen Kaur), and an accident involving Vijay's mother forces him to make an unusual decision that changes his life forever. He is caught up in a kidnapping investigation after both Samyuktha and Lavanya go missing. Who is responsible? What is the true intention? How does Vijay solve the case? The next section will talk about the Kavacham Telugu movie cast.
In Kavacham 2018, Vijay is played by Sai Srinivas, an honest sub-inspector. When some thugs attempt to sexually assault Lavanya (Mehreen Pirzada) in the middle of the night, Vijay appears and saves her. He then offers to take her to the bus stop while she awaits her lover. They share their love stories while waiting, with Vijay telling the stranger he saved about Samyuktha (Kajal Aggarwal), the girl he loved. When Lavanya's lover fails to appear, he offers her his home as a place to stay for the night. No, there is no rebound. What it does have is a complex plot with a jumbled web of characters, hidden plot points a la Race, and convenient situations in which the hero appears on time and gets to prove his machismo. Vijay finds himself implicated in Samyuktha's kidnapping and must reconsider his own and the actions of those around him. He sets out on a journey to discover the truth, despite his confusion about everything he knows. And his numerous mistakes lead him to a slew of characters about whom he needs to learn more. There's the outwardly friendly cousin (Neil Nitin Mukesh), who, as we all know, is a bad omen in movies. There's Mukesh Rishi, the clueless uncle who has no idea what's going on in his family. There is the mother's faith in her son's righteousness. In the convoluted timeline of this average fare, a murderer (Harshvardhan Rane), a would-be rapist (Ajay), a bumbling and corrupt CI (Posani Murali Krishna), and the hero's companion (Satyam Rajesh) bring up the rear. The first half of Kavacham full movie Telugu feels endless, the climax is too unsatisfyingly rushed, and Kavacham is generally boring for a large portion of its run time. Too many characters introduced in quick succession, as well as too many subplots that are difficult to keep track of, make it a tedious watch that is only entertaining in parts.
In his first Tollywood appearance, Neil Nitin Mukesh is surprisingly good as Vikramaditya, the scion of Samyuktha Industries. He exudes an evil aura that makes you dislike his character. Kajal Aggarwal and Mehreen Pirzada merely add to the film's glamour quotient, though Kajal's Samyuktha shows some style near the end. Posani Murali Krishna is irritating, attempting to bring a tired brand of humor to the film.
Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas tries his hand at being an action hero, but his acting is subpar and he simply cannot bring out the intensity required for the role. Yes, he performs the action sequences and dances with panache, just as he did in his debut, and he even looks good on screen, but it's not enough, and he drags the film down several notches.
Thaman's music is lilting at best and perplexing at worst. His proclivity for using English and Hindi lyrics blossoms in this one as well, leaving you wondering which language you're listening to. However, there are a couple of numbers in this musical vast collection that is incredibly catchy. The background score is gritty and fits the mood of the film, especially during the fight scenes that showcase Vijay's muscle power.
While the screenplay falls short of the story's expectations, the cinematography keeps the film afloat. There's slo-mo action and some truly unbelievable sequences that will leave you speechless.
Kavacham 2018 may not be a bad choice if you're looking for an action thriller that will keep you glued to your seat. But it will only work if you go in with no expectations and are willing to sit through 143 minutes of repetitive action if such a thing exists.
IMDb users have given this film a weighted average rating of 5.5 out of 10 for the Kavacham Telugu full movie.
