Jersey Storyline

The jersey movie in telugu started with a young man giving a book named Jersey to a woman. He tells the woman that the book is about his father's Arjun life. In 1986. Arjun used to love playing cricket and was a talented and good rain player things changed when he continuously started getting rejection in the Indian cricket team due to politics played inside. He quits cricket and got a government job but loses it when he was accused of fake claims.

In the year 1996, Arjun was homeless and was always taunted by her wife Sarah. His little son asked Arjun to give him an Indian cricket team jersey that cost Rs500. Arjun had no clue how will he give that jersey to his son but he promised somehow that he will give him a jersey on his birthday. One day, Murthy (Arjun's ex-coach) came to meet him and requested him to play in that match between Hyderabad and New Zealand. He was told that he will receive match fees and money as per his performance and he did a very good job too but realized that there is no fees for the match he played. Nani asked him for his jersey and due to frustration, he slaps his son.

Arjun decides to start playing cricket again. Coach Murthy also supports him. Arjun got selected in the trials for the match. Arjun did an amazing performance in the match and started representing his team in the finals. He wins back the love of his son and his wife. The movie then shows the year 2019 when adult Nani told them that his father died after the Ranji finals. And the main reason behind quitting cricket was Arjun's heart disease.
