Brahmotsavam Review: Storyline:

The story of the Brahmotsavam Telugu movie is all set in Vijaywada. The story of the film is a full melodrama. However, the Brahmotsavam review is impressive.

In Vijaywada, there lives a businessman, Chantibabu, with his small family that comprises his wife, Mahalakshmi, his elder son Babu and his younger daughter, Bujji, who is married and has settled abroad with her husband. Mahalakshmi has four stepbrothers. Among them, Peddabbai is the eldest. He works with Chantibabu. Chantibabu is a well-respected person in society. Babu looks after his father, Chantibabu's business. Mahalakshmi's stepbrothers live a few houses away.

Even being in different homes, they celebrate all the festivals and auspicious days together like a family.

But, Peddabbai feels jealous of Chantibabu's respectful image among the villagers. He is more envious because Chantibabu had taken Rs. 400 for his business from Peddabbai's father. But all the credit is given to Chantibabu only. Peddabbai always stays away from family gatherings. His wife, Rajyalakshmi, comes up with an idea to settle everything. He suggests to Peddabbai that they should get their daughter married to Babu. Peddabbai thinks about the suggestion and tries to propose the same to Chantibabu. However, Chantibabu gets to know about Peddabbai's intentions and decides to have a word with Babu.

The reports of the Brahmotsavam review reveal that the viewers have liked the role of Babu and Chantibabu in the movie.

In the meanwhile, Chantibabu's friend's daughter, Kasi returns to India from Australia. She comes to stay with Babu and his family. Meanwhile, Babu and Kasi come closer and start feeling for each other, But they have different thoughts about life.

Kasi likes to stay with her individuality and explore the world. The family plans a trip to Ooty. Upon reaching Ooty, Kasi shares her thought process with Babu. But he disagrees. So, both of them decide to break up. Kasi bids farewell to the family and leaves.

After returning from the trip, Chantibabu gathers the family members to resolve the issues. But, Peddabbai bursts into anger and demands separation from the family. Chantibabu gets badly hurt and dies out of shock. Chantibabu's death shatters the family.

After a few days, Bujji's friend from London comes to India to visit Brahmotsavam. On her way, she pays a visit to Babu's family. Babu tries to bond with Peddabbai but in vain. Babu goes on a road trip with Bujji's friend. Both of them share their thoughts and start liking each other. Peddabbai is now a respectable man in society. His daughter, Pranitha, is all set to tie the knot with the son of a minister. Peddabbai does all this to show off his position but from his heart, he still wants Babu to become his son-in-law. Peddabbai tals to Bujji's NRI friend and asks her to leave Babu for Pranitha. She pays respect to his words and leaves from there. But still, Peddabbai decides to go for the minister's son's alliance for his daughter.

To boost his ego, Peddabbai invites Babu and Mahalakshmi to his daughter's wedding. He humiliates Babu and his mother in front of the crowd. After a lot of drama and confrontation, Peddabbai learns about Chantibabu's will. In his will, Chantibabu had transferred his whole property in the name of Peddabbai as he was the one who always stood with him in his happy and sad days of life. Learning about this shocking news, Peddabbai gets full of guilt. He begs for forgiveness from Babu and Mahalakshmi. They forgive him, and the film receives a happy ending.
